For organizations
Caregiver support your organization can plug in.
GiveCare is caregiver-support infrastructure: trusted knowledge and capabilities that organizations plug in for the caregivers they serve. Caregivers reach Mira through you. They do not sign up on their own.
Ways in
Plug in at the layer that fits
Employers and caregiver-serving organizations plug in the same way. Use one layer or more than one.
- Mira by textThe caregivers you serve get support on an ordinary phone. They join through a link from you, and there is no app to install. The pilot below is one way to start.
- Staff resource deskA desk where your staff find sourced answers while they help a caregiver. We can talk through whether it fits your team.
- Knowledge and instrumentsGiveCare’s sourced answers on benefits and other resources, plus open instruments like the burden check. Link to them or build them into your own materials.
How it works
What caregivers get through a partner
Organizations offer Mira by text to the caregivers they serve. Caregivers text what is happening. Mira helps them find the next step.

These fictional examples show how Mira can help. Actual replies depend on your situation. Mira checks back when you ask.
What Mira does
- Start with a textCaregivers join through your link, then tell Mira what is happening through ordinary text messages.
- Find help they might be missingMira explores benefits and local services, and points to official sources to confirm the details.
- Think it throughMira helps draft a message to family or the care team, or work through a decision with the people involved in care.
- Keep the contextMira keeps track of the situation and checks back when the caregiver asks.
- Know the limitsMira is an AI assistant. She cannot provide clinical care or decide benefit eligibility. Call 911 for immediate danger or 988 for crisis support.

Privacy and data
What partners see, and what they do not
Reports show cohort patterns.
- Partners see group figures. Caregiver names and conversations stay out of the dashboard.
- Small-group figures are withheld under a minimum group size of 10.
- Caregivers choose whether to join and consent to SMS support.
- Designed for controlled non-HIPAA pilot contexts. Dashboard access is limited to your organization’s cohort.
- Mira does not provide clinical care. Programs make their own benefit eligibility decisions.
Tell us about the caregivers you serve.
We will talk through their needs and the support you already provide. Together we can decide which layer fits.
